I began working with In Touch Property Management in February 2014. I was moving across the country and needed someone to take care of the property for me. I was and am very attached to this property. I’ve done a lot of work to the house improving the living space. It wasn’t part of my plan to fix the house up and then turn it into a rental property. Life changes and I was moving. I contacted several property management companies. After all the sales pitches I decided to use In Touch Property Management. CJ is so easy to work with. I know she understands how much the house means to me. The fees are very reasonable. We talked about her resources for all the different issues that could come up. Sprinkler blow outs, inside painting or plaster work, yard care, anything you can imagine. I had to have the ceiling patched up in the house and she sent a man that she knew and he fixed it up perfectly. The ceilings have a very unique design to them and I wanted it matched. It looks fabulous. CJ found the folks to rent my property very quickly. Within a week. I was comfortable with how she chose the tenants. Although they passed every part of the qualification process when it came to moving in there were some issues. The tenants were frustrated and I was frustrated. These were things you can’t screen for. CJ communicated to both of us and was able to reach an agreement that was satisfactory with both the tenants and me. She has a very clam demeanor which was really needed in this scenario. There is no doubt I will continue to use CJ as my property manager. I’m happy with how she has managed my property.

I found In Touch Property Management through a search on Thumbtack. We were having very bad experiences with the management company we were using and were looking for a new management firm. We found everything we were looking for at In Touch Property. This company is reliable and honest. Rents are deposited on time. The tenants they have found are responsible. Maintenance issues are handled immediately; and their contactors make quality repairs at fair prices. In Touch Property Management is the best company in the metro area to manage your rental property. On the occasion that a tenant would leave the property, a new tenant is under contract in an extremely short time frame minimizing any downtime for the property. They also coordinate any required maintenance at surprisingly affordable rates, limiting the time I need to spend gathering estimates and double-checking to ensure the work is completed correctly and on time.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing system is quite simple: - Leasing Fee of $750: this includes advertising, showings, applications and screening, preparation of lease documents, working with contractors, and anything that may come up between tenants. This is also the only fee you will be charged during the 1st month of any new lease. - Management Fee of 10% of collected rent: this fee begins the 2nd month of the lease and includes: collection of rents/fees, overseeing maintenance, periodic inspections, preparing/sending a monthly owner statement, handling accounting, and sending a monthly proceeds check. - With us there are no hidden fees and no management fee during any vacancy.
