Kyle and his team at Best Option Restoration were on site the same day that I called after a pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom behind the wall and went right through the ceiling to the downstairs. He got in there, and found the leak, dried it out, did a mold test, fixed the plumbing and did all of the construction repairs within a week! It looks brand new! This is the second time Ive used him and and I highly recommend his company! Very professional across the board and reasonably priced!

We had a pipe burst between our first floor and basement ceiling above a bathroom. I first contacted a plumber to assess damage and find the leak and repair it. He recommended BO Restoration immediately and said they could handle the water damage assessment and repairs. They came a couple days after I called, removed damage drywall and insulation and checked for moisture everywhere they could and left the room as clean as it began. The drywall sub-contractor they used to repair the drywall showed up on time, was very professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the repairs on everything he was doing as he did it and always left the jobsite cleaner than he found it each day and at the end of the project. We had a tough drywall texture to match but he did a great job in blending the texture until the patch wasn't noticeable at all and looked like never had ever happened...as good if not better than it was before the leak.

Great company to work with. Great explanations on what needed to be done and how they were going to get my unit fixed from the water damage from a roof leak. Kyle did an awesome job with communicating with me on the work being performed.
