FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the corporate world of Hallmark, managing their brand and leading multi million dollar design projects. I have built cross-cultural teams in the developing world. I have spoken on stages around the globe. All of those help me to see the big picture while connecting with my clients in ways that few designers can. These days, I'm always attending seminars, learning, building skill sets, working with my own coaches, and taking classes in the latest software and code developments. The more I know, the better I can serve my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1. Business Owners who need Coaching. This is the key to great design. I help my clients understand what they truly want to communicate and how we can get there before I ever put pen to paper to start a design. 2. Business Owners Who Need Help With Branding: I take the results of the coaching and turn it into a logo that captures their vision, heart, and business. 3. Business Owners Who Need Web Design: I get to put all of that understanding and design on the web for the world to see. 4. Nonprofits Who Need Help: The icing on the cake is working with charities that have a compelling vision but lack the tools and insight to connect with donors, partners, and volunteers that can help them change the world.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Restoring the Soul was an old client from 7 years ago. They needed an updated image, logo, and website. Michael Cusick, the president was launching a new initiative and series of two week events. We were able to get the new branding integrated and the website up and live within 10 days. He's ecstatic, the business continues to grow, and his clients love it.
