Abbey is very responsive. I receive answers to my questions in a timely fashion. That sounds like such a small thing, but it isn't, as anyone who's been left hanging for a week or more can attest. Abbey gets back to me within a day or so, or lets me know when I can expect an answer. She sets my expectations and then does what she says she'll do.Her P&L reports are detailed -- I can see exactly where I am spending, and make decisions based on the analysis she provides.
