F9 Productions Inc.
My husband and I worked with Lance to draw up our dream addition to our home. After a poor experience with another front range architect, we were doubtful we'd ever come up with plans to expand our home. By a lucky twist of fate, Lance reached out to us on Thumbtack and our story quickly turned around. While we never worked directly with the rest of the firm, Lance and his crew put together a beautiful drawing and helped us to assemble a team to bring our dream to fruition. Lance was always prompt, professional, and easy to talk to. For personal reasons, we never moved forward with the addition, but we intend to use F9 for all of our family's future architect needs.Nov 29, 2017Verified
Be realistic on time projected to have a finished product. Remember:we are customers...we are paying to get a finished product..not your opinion of us. Don't add in unnecessary items that will increase costs of building. If builder says something is wrong/unnecessary, change it. They are the ones that deal w the county.Aug 9, 2017Lance C.'s reply
Hi "Anonymous" I am sorry to hear this but I have no idea if you are actually a former or current client of ours because everyone seems to be happy with our services. We also do work with builders very well and change things as needed if they are in fact needed. Lastly, we never add in unnecessary items, we design to code and only add in extra items when asked to do so by our customers. I would welcome a lunch or coffee to clear the air. Feel free to get in touch with us at any point directly. Best wishes

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We don't have standard pricing because there aren't standard design problems. Each client has their own unique design challenges and we custom tailor our pricing to each customer to give them the best bang for their buck!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ideally we like to first do a meet and greet at our client's place of business, residence, or plot of land they are planning to build upon. After that meeting we put together a detailed proposal outlining the design or drafting process. The process typically involves 3 stages: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
