I am a retired Architect and General contractor in Florida and had a family project I needed to oversee in Denver, Colorado. I researched firm and found F9 with a little luck. WOW, F9 is the bomb - this is the best Architectural firm I have ever worked with. They are honest, intelligent, caring, professional and timely. They should receive 10 Stars as 5 is not enough. I cannot give them a higher level of recommendation. Simply the Best

My husband and I worked with Lance to draw up our dream addition to our home. After a poor experience with another front range architect, we were doubtful we'd ever come up with plans to expand our home. By a lucky twist of fate, Lance reached out to us on Thumbtack and our story quickly turned around. While we never worked directly with the rest of the firm, Lance and his crew put together a beautiful drawing and helped us to assemble a team to bring our dream to fruition. Lance was always prompt, professional, and easy to talk to. For personal reasons, we never moved forward with the addition, but we intend to use F9 for all of our family's future architect needs.

We hired F9 to build out a second bedroom downstairs, and based on our experience, we would definitely recommend their contracting services to others. The F9 team cared about the job details, listened and adjusted the work based on our requests, were 110% responsive to all communications and all for a fair price. The team was trustworthy and just really nice guys to have around the house, and with kids and pets, it offered ease of mind.

We hired the team at F9 this past summer (2021) to engineer and draft a full set of stamped and engineered plans for our new cabin in Cripple Creek, CO. Being the first time, we have ever hired an architect, we were skeptical and nervous and didn’t know what to expect. However, Lance, Alex, and the whole team were professional and easy to work with. Their price was fair and the process from start to finish went surprisingly fast despite the iterative back and forth nature of designing an entire home from scratch. The team recognized that we would be building the home ourselves and that we were working with a tight budget. Our build site is wooded, sloped, rocky, and has some other challenges that the team was able to easily address. We have learned that a good architect should save you money while still designing exactly what you need. Because of Lance and Alex’s knowledge and experience they were able to find opportunities where we could save some money and also get exactly what we wanted without sacrificing any of our needs and wants. During the process we had regular Zoom meetings, phone calls, and all of our questions were answered quickly on the spot or via email in almost real time. The whole process was surprisingly smooth, and we even had some above and beyond changes that were taken care of. I would highly recommend F9 Productions for any architectural needs. We are excited to start building our cabin in the mountains. Thank you, guys, for the fantastic experience and for taking care of all our engineering and architectural needs! From start to finish Lance and F9 productions delivered what was promised, when it was promised and for the price that it was promised! I worked with Lance to design a new single family home for me in Arvada and although this was my first time designing a home, the process went off without a hitch. A lot of communication was handled through email but Lance was easily reachable by phone too. The design and review process was very efficient. When changes needed to be made I generally met with Lance in the F9 productions office where he made markups right there on his iPad, a week later I had a revised plan in my inbox. These guys are capable, honest and have a great portfolio of work. The final plans were delivered in January of 2017 and I just broke ground on my project yesterday!
