Chef Carlos was incredible. He managed to make it same day (other chef bailed), made an excellent 5 course dinner (including 2 vegan options), and was delightful to work with. He is professional, has exemplary customer service, and knows what he’s doing. Absolutely recommended. Thank you, Carlos!!!

Carlos did a terrific job! The food was beautifully presented and was very tasty!
The only thing that I could ask him to improve upon was his responsiveness. I'm not sure if he had technical difficulties, but every time I sent an email, I had to follow up with him.

Carlos and team were wonderful preparing and serving heavy Hors d’Oeuvres for my 40th birthday! From the start, we chatted about what I wanted and how he could make that happen. Very professional and friendly! The food was so delicious and we got many compliments from our guests. Would definitely hire again for any future events!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once we understand the customer's request, we will send them a menu and an estimate to review. this is where the customer can usually choose their food options and finalize menus. if the quote is approved, they will be asked to pay a 30% deposit to secure the date and the remaining balance will be due on the week of the event.

we are trained and certified chefs and season kitchen workers that have been in the industry for over 10 years
