- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once we understand the customer's request, we will send them a menu and an estimate to review. this is where the customer can usually choose their food options and finalize menus. if the quote is approved, they will be asked to pay a 30% deposit to secure the date and the remaining balance will be due on the week of the event.
