Carlos did a terrific job! The food was beautifully presented and was very tasty! The only thing that I could ask him to improve upon was his responsiveness. I'm not sure if he had technical difficulties, but every time I sent an email, I had to follow up with him.

Excellent communication, prices, punctuality, presentation, and oh yes, the food was amazing too!We had a quick turn event which required fast communication and execution. Carlos was so quick to reply and excellent in his response time. Carlos and team were wonderful preparing and serving heavy Hors d’Oeuvres for my 40th birthday! From the start, we chatted about what I wanted and how he could make that happen. Very professional and friendly! The food was so delicious and we got many compliments from our guests. Would definitely hire again for any future events!
