- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing for quality work. Because every project is unique—whether it’s a custom patio or mounting a TV—I prefer to give personalized estimates rather than a one-size-fits-all rate. I’m always upfront about costs so there are no surprises at the end. For larger projects, I’m happy to discuss a payment schedule that works for both of us, and I always offer a discount for repeat customers and referrals!"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. I like to hear your vision first—whether it's a rough idea or a detailed plan. From there, I’ll take a look at the space, offer some professional input on the best way to tackle it, and provide a clear estimate. Once we agree on the plan, I handle the heavy lifting while keeping you in the loop every step of the way. My goal is to make sure the final result is exactly what you pictured, if not better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 10+ years of professional, on-the-job training to every project. Having worked for major companies before branching out on my own, I’ve mastered the skills needed for high-quality landscaping, concrete, and handyman work.
