About
With over 5 years of experience, I started this business after doing projects on the side while working for other companies. My goal has always been to be my own boss and bring customers’ ideas to life as finished masterpieces.
I offer a wide range of services, including landscaping, concrete work, and handyman projects. I can also help with installing electronics, assembling furniture, and working with flooring and tile.
As a one-person business, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish, so nothing gets lost in the process. I take pride in quality workmanship, clear communication, and treating every project like it’s my own.
If you have a project in mind, feel free to reach out and ask—I’m happy to discuss what you need and how I can help.

I had Joel come out and get my sprinklers turned on for the Summer. He went above and beyond. Replaced a head that was broken due to my concrete walk going in . Replaced several nozzles that were either over spraying or not getting any coverage at all. My grass is greening up and everything is working like it should. I also had some tree issues and he recommended his friend Vincent. Super knowledgeable and very helpful guy to take care of all your tree needs. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and the quality of work that was done. I highly recommend Joel and AFA for all your lawn and landscaping needs.
Details: Residential • No repairs, only maintenance • Spring activation - system needs to be reactivated • Midsummer checkup - system checkup during harsh, dry season

Joel was very knowledgeable about my sprinkler system. He was quick and efficient in getting them blown out for the season. I will be contacting him in the spring to get the system restarted!

Actually showed up to work, responded with quotes/estimates for work promptly, scheduled the work quickly, and figured out that my sprinkler issue was a lot simpler than most of the other guys had guessed, making the fix actually a lot easier than expected. Very satisfied with the results.

The team provided excellent service. They Did an outstanding job identifying where my sprinkler electrical was cut. spliced the wiring so the timer could be used again. Furthermore, they identified a leak in the sprinkler water line that needs to be fixed. I would recommend AfA landscaping, concrete, handyman service

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing for quality work. Because every project is unique—whether it’s a custom patio or mounting a TV—I prefer to give personalized estimates rather than a one-size-fits-all rate. I’m always upfront about costs so there are no surprises at the end. For larger projects, I’m happy to discuss a payment schedule that works for both of us, and I always offer a discount for repeat customers and referrals!"
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. I like to hear your vision first—whether it's a rough idea or a detailed plan. From there, I’ll take a look at the space, offer some professional input on the best way to tackle it, and provide a clear estimate. Once we agree on the plan, I handle the heavy lifting while keeping you in the loop every step of the way. My goal is to make sure the final result is exactly what you pictured, if not better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 10+ years of professional, on-the-job training to every project. Having worked for major companies before branching out on my own, I’ve mastered the skills needed for high-quality landscaping, concrete, and handyman work.
