Doug was wonderful to work with. He was incredibly professional and informative. He worked with my schedule, even though that meant an inspection (which was free!) and cleaning later in the evening. I will be calling Doug for any chimney issues in the future!

I'm very happy with how he showed up on time and inspected my chimney. There was no fee for the inspection and he was honest about it not needing to be cleaned. I would have him come out again in the future when my chimney does need to be cleaned.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel my pricing is fair and justifiable, but if you don't think so talk to me about receiving some sort of relief on the price. I am very approachable and willing to satisfy your needs. When I give a estimate I don't raise the price for any unforeseen issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know what the overall concern is about the project and find a way to achieve what is requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to masonry school, many chimney seminar workshops,and chimney certification classes.
