- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. All of my pricing is available on my website. I don't hide that information from potential clients. I want people to be able to have as much information as possible when planning a session with me. I do require a $50 fee to reserve your date and time, but it is applied to your purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a potential client, I will send them details and information about my sessions. I also ask a little about them and what they are wanting to achieve from their session to make sure we are a good fit when working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly working on my photography skills and education. I obtained my certification in digital photography from an accredited college and also attend workshops every year to further my training. I am also a long time member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) .
