The tenant moved after living there for 6 years. She did a fantastic job, and got bad stains out, was detailed cleaning in corners, dusting, and other things. It was also very nice that she provided me a list of exactly what she intended to clean so I could add or take things out of the list. I've worked with other cleaners before and no one has met my picky cleaning standard except for her.

Lluvia went out of her way to help me out with an embarrassing situation where a tenant had arrived in a home that had not been cleaned. Lluvia literally found a way to get there within a couple of hours and transform the property -- like a cleaning fairy. I was so grateful for her ability to come in and not only make the place beautiful but make everyone feel good again. It was an impressive introduction.
