I contacted fcb moving looking to get value for my limited budget but not go too cheap. Their rates are very reasonable but was more surprising was the added value the give as they fixed a hole in the wall that I had created in just a few minutes . The team worked quickly and carefully when moving my furniture, especially the more delicate pieces. Last, as a note, I called other companies and these guys were the most responsive and gave me the most confidence.

Communications was fine, except that he stated that although I listed a need for 3 Pickup's of Junk, he said he was only seeing one pickup needed? This didn't allow him to clear all my Junk, resulting in a Violation by the City, which is why I hired them, to remove all the junk I placed in View. They could have been more attentive , but just seemed to want to book another gig, rather than fix their wrong. Their Pickup truck was not a full size truck. small.

We offered to reschedule and bring our 16 foot box truck at no additional charge after we got there and saw how much stuff there was. You stated that we should get what we could with our truck and we could come back out for the rest as a separate appointment it’s not like we were trying to make work for ourselves. Thumb tack only stated it would be only 1 pickup load worth of stuff in the info section. We also took before and after photos of what we took. My Toyota t100 is a full sized pickup truck.

These were the best priced and I believe best value company I’ve ever hired. Keith and his crew were on time and friendly they even came in a little under the quoted time which is a plus. They also handled all the packing and furniture assembly and disassembly like pros they even moved my pool table so I didn’t have to call two companies like I had to last time. I’m sure I’ll use these guys again in the future keep up the good work Move Forward

We charge by the hour and we do offer referral and elderly discount but make sure you bring it up so we know to take the amount off your bill .
