- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $80 for the hour of piano lessons or accompanying. Prices may vary according to the amount of driving I will do for teaching, or the amount of music to learn (at short notice) for accompanying. Please check my website ************************* for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an interview with the customer either on the phone or in person to explain studio policies and also evaluate the level and experience with music of the student (in order to better plan my lessons).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctorate Degree with a major in Piano Performance and a minor in Chamber Music. My doctoral dissertation was in music theory, and I also had training in Piano Pedagogy during both my Master and my Doctorate Degrees.
