- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. A Credit Card Number must be given at time of scheduling an appointment for plumbing services. 2. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled appointment without incurring a $100.00 cancellation fee. 3. No Show Fee: Clients will be charged $100.00 and a travel fee if the property/scheduled appointment is not accessible by our plumbers. 4. We charge $230.00 an hour with a one hour minimum plus any Plumbing Materials used. 5. We charge $160.00 for an in person Plumbing Diagnosis. 6. We charge $100.00 for an in person Plumbing Estimate. 7. Many of our Plumbing Services have a flat rate price. We offer a 5% discount for all Active Military, Military Veterans, and Seniors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Streamline Plumbing, LLC gathers as much information about the Plumbing Service the customer is inquiring about. 2. Streamline Plumbing, LLC obtains the address for the person/persons resposible for payment and owner of the property we will be providing the service. 3. Streamline Plumbing, LLC will schedule a time and day for the service that is best for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brian Wirth is a Master Plumber and Owner of Streamline Plumbing. He has been a Master Plumber for over 22 years and has over 30 years of plumbing experience. He also is ASSE Backflow Certified for installing, testing, and repairing Backflow Devices. In total we haave on staff three Master Plumbers, one Journeyman, and two Apprentice Plumbers. We have a total of three ASSE certified Backflow Technicians.
