Hi there! We’re Sunshine Cleaning, a family-owned, mom and son business started by, Rosie, a retired University of Colorado supervisor with over 35 years of experience, and my son, Carlos, who has a real knack for customer service and marketing.

Service Pricing Estimate
• No same day cleaning. 48 hour advanced notice for all cleanings.
• Most of our clients get standard recurring cleanings ever 4 weeks and that ranges between $175 (small homes) to $285 (huge homes).
• For cleanings ever 2 weeks the price ranges from $125 (small homes) to $195 (huge homes).
• To get a more accurate price we recommend you get a free estimate and if you approve it you can schedule your first cleaning at that time.
• You may send us pictures of your place or the area of the job for better estimation.

We worked with Sunshine Cleaning on a move in clean for a new (to us) home. They were very easy to work with, easy to schedule, and did a great job. I appreciated their attention to detail and leaving the house in great shape. Excited to work with them again once we're settled in.

Sunshine Cleaning has been cleaning my house for at least two years now, and Ive been very pleased with their work. They have great attention to detail, and are very responsive if I have any special requests or need to make any changes. I feel safe having them in my home, and trust that they will be responsive to communication. When I come home from a long day at work its relaxing to walk into a house that is fresh and clean.
