Chose Front Range WaterHeater & Excavation due to their excellent customer service and willingness to answer all my questions. They provided several estimates as we changed our minds between electric and gas. Finally went for the Bradford White Power Direct Vent model which so far is working great.This was not just a waterheaterreplacement, but a complete redoing of our pipes as well as rerouting the exhaust vent and adding a combustion intake that was not there before. Ivan was our technician and he is the main reason for this great review. He was simply amazing on how he fixed the previously installed lines to make it very professional and clean. I would give 20 stars if that was an option.In addition to the waterheaterinstallation, Ivan also did an excellent job relocating two garden hose bibs. This involved cutting the ceiling in some areas of my finished basement but it was done cleanly. He also made sure to place plastic covers and walls to reduce the amount of dust. Again excellent job.I also want to mention Audrey, who always kept me informed and answered my many questions. Thank you all for a fantastic job.

I used this company when I had an emergency water leak and they came out at a very late hour to assess and find the leak.The tech was extremely helpful and did an excellent job assessing the situation and reporting back to me. They are excellent to work with and office staff are professional and extremely accommodating as this turned out to be a upstairs unit that leaked into ours. Getting insurance to respond was a very long process. They worked with me the entire time and were patient and very pleasant. I would recommend them to any one who wants a company that is excellent at what they do.
