Introduction: My Mom use to call me an old soul and it took me years to figure what she meant by that. I think I have the ability to see the beauty in all things and I have a feel for telling a story with my photos. I have a good sense of humor and can make people feel comfortable so I can capture the inner beauty as well.
What I like about my job is it does not feel like a job. I love taking photographs and when you take the perfect photo it just brings a smile to my face.

Kurt's photos and words move me. I share his love of mountains so I'm always struck by how he captures the enormity and yet gentleness of my beloved Rocky Mountains. His poetry although sometimes show his somber side, also share with us his ability to not forget, but to always forgive and move forward to enjoy life's abundant beauty.
