Kent responded to my request for a quote within twelve hours. We set up an appointment and he walked through the house with me, explaining the process and asking questions. I found him to be professional and well-prepared. He sent videos and literature about Purity Cloud's advantages. The day of the appointment, he arrived exactly on time and gave us the estimated amount of time he would need. He left the house clean and locked up afterwards. The house smells fresh and mold-free. Time will tell if mold remediation helps with my health problems.

I hired Purity Cloud for moldinspection and moldremoval. The process with the representative, Kent Brimhall went very smooth. He did both before and after testing which was sent to a Lab in Denver, Colorado. Kent followed up with me often and reviewed the test results with me. All questions were answered on the report. Kent took the time to explain what actions I could take to help prevent future problems. I would highly recommend trying Purity Cloud if you suspect mold issues or suffer from health issues such as Asthma, like I do.

Kent answered all of the questions we had about the black mold that our plumber found. He had no problems clearing away some of the drywall for us prior to starting the process and explaining in depth what we needed in a way we understood. He left our house more clean than it was when he arrived and was very kind and polite. Our appointment time for the estimate was 4:15. He arrived early, and was able to diagnose the problem in no time. We asked if he was available to do it this evening, and he said yes, no questions asked. He took extra time out of his night to get it done for us, and we couldn’t be more thankful. though it was late. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Mold remediation projects vary greatly, and as such we don’t provide cookie cutter pricing.
- Every project is assessed thoroughly and quoted accordingly based on the actual observable scope of your project.
- We guarantee our estimates (based on the observed scope) for 30 days when dry or 2 weeks if active water intrusions exist.
- During the course of remediation, additional required scope may be discovered. If more than 10% of the original quote, we’ll stop, estimate the additional cost, and obtain approval before proceeding.
- We provide robust guarantees and warranties. Applicable warranties will be outlined in your estimate.
- Due to increased costs over the past year, instead of raising our prices, we surcharge credit card and financing fees. These are removed when paid with a physical check/cash/Zelle/wire transfer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We’ll start by assessing the situation and understanding your goals and any limitations.
2. If testing is needed first, we’ll conduct that for you or can refer you to a third party for testing.
3. We’ll provide a remediation estimate.
-as part of our protocol, we may need to involve other parties (plumbing, hvac, asbestos testing/abatement, etc). We’ll coordinate this for you to lighten your burden.
4. Once approved, we’ll solidify time on our schedule to complete the work. At the end of remediation, any areas that required substrate removal will be left cleaned and ready for your rebuild contractor of choice (we can subcontractor this for you as well for a fee).
5. After remediation and sanitization, we’ll conduct a post remediation evaluation using both surface and air sampling. If you’d like hire a third party PRV, we can accommodate access for this as well after our evaluation is complete.

MICRO Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC). All technicians must achieve this in their first 2 months. We also maintain numerous other certifications through IICRC and NORMI.
