- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 15% DISCOUNTS for senior citizens, first responders, military, and police officers. *We also offer 10% DISCOUNTS for referrals. *We waive the estimate fee if hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with not just a new customer but, all of our customers. Is with the highest RESPECT and Quality work π. If it wasn't for our customers there wouldn't be Walkers Handyman Service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I (Shandra) went to college for an accounting degree and have taken a bunch of business classes. I also have managed and started up other people's businesses. My family is nothing but carpenters. So you could say it's in my blood. So I decided to start a Handyman service. To help people out there with anything that comes their way. From hanging a ceiling fan to patching drywall. Things are always gonna happen and knowing that my team can help without breaking our customer's wallets. Is a blessing all around!
