Both teams of installers were very professional Ron & Jason came Monday and put the Smart Foam on. They were very courteous and carful moving equipment through the house. They described the job they were doing also answered any questions I had during the process. Tuesday thru Thursday Stephen’s Team (Zack, Edgar, & Dave) continued the professional and open information. Stephen was especially open in the installation process for the new support beam. Since there had to be a change of plan we discussed the alternatives and made the decision to take the old wooden support out to place the steel support in the best spot. We are very happy with pleased with the way the Crawlspaces look and anticipate a much dryer and probably cleaner heating for the house.

I wish I could say this organization keeps their word, but that is not my experience. We were getting water in our crawl space, so we called three professional companies that service the Monument area to get their professional analysis, recommendation, and quote. We called Foundation Professionals, Complete Basement Systems (former employees of Peak Structural), and Peak Structural. Peak was the most expensive quote at $20,628. We selected them because the salesman said they would do all work including putting in the dedicated 20A circuit for the sump pumps. I explained I am not an electrician, plumber, contractor, or ditch digger and wanted a one phone call complete contractor solution. I was told they would do that. When the billing department called me a week later to get my initial $4,000 deposit, I ask if they would take care of the electrical too, and was told I will follow up on that, and make sure you are taken care of. When the work crew showed up to do the work, I asked the foreman before they started work, if they would take care of the electrical and he told me I will follow up on that, and make sure you are taken care of. So I paid him another $8,000 to start work. When they finished their work 5 days later, I asked again about the electrical and he said I will follow up on that, and make sure you are taken care of. Then I was called multiple times from Peak various staff for the final $8,000+ payment. I asked multiple times about the electrical work, which costs less than $500 and was finally told clearly that is not in the contract print, and although you were given a verbal promise, we cannot fulfill that request. So in other words, they will promise anything, but they are not people of their word. This is an honest and accurate description of my experience without emotion. Bottom line, dont accept verbal promises, they are not people of their word. Make sure everything is written down.

We offer FREE estimates within our service area to homeowners of the property and provide a written estimate at the time of the initial inspection. We also work with real estate professionals and home inspectors and understand the sensitive nature of a transaction and strict deadlines. We offer Same Day Savings of a 5% discount. Finalizing the details and scheduling an installation on the day of the proposal makes it more efficient for both of us. This saves us time and money and we are happy to pass the savings along to you! We offer a Price Assurance Guarantee that ensures the total price of your project is the lowest price available for the work specified in the agreement. If a registered, A+ rated BBB contractor offers the same standard of materials, quality of work and warranty of equal specifications within 30 days of the agreement, our company will be the price by $100. *Must provide the comparable proposal. Peak Structural offers financing options as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a free estimate appointment, our Design Specialist will speak with the homeowner about their needs and goals of what they're looking to accomplish. A thorough inspection of the home will be completed, including a complete elevation survey and careful measurements of any issues. The Design Specialist will present any findings to the homeowner, answering any questions they may have about the cause of the problem. The homeowner will then understand several options for repair and what our recommendation is to complete the work, discussing financing options and what to expect for the project.

Our Design Specialists have been trained and certified in our products and solutions by our extensive training program with our dealer networks, Team Basement Systems and Supportworks to ensure we are offering the right solution to your issue and at the right price. Every day we build a culture of training and helping our teams reach their fullest potential across all departments.
