This was a difficult, emotional experience for me. I had tried another firm, long before going to see Randy. The attorney came highly recommended and was very personable. If you looked at the reviews, youd see a very high rating. The retainer was huge, and there was a whole list of "pre-requisites" before we could move on with the case. I stayed in limbo for a while, and lost a good portion of that retainer. I was simply immobilized by the mountain of stuff I had to do, just to get going. So, I got frustrated and gave up.
Then, circumstances changed and forced the issue. I took a chance and submitted my info on one of those internet searches. I interviewed with Randy because I got a call back from his wife, Tana. She was awesome. I liked that feeling of a smaller, family business. I immediately felt comfortable and like I would "be heard". More importantly, he let me know things were a lot simpler than Id previously been led to believe! I could finally move forward.
All through it, Randy and his staff assured me that everything was going to work out...despite the hoops and hurdles devised by my soon-to-be ex and his attorney. (The latter being a very nice man, just trying to do his job!)
I'm VERY happy with the outcome of our divorce. We settled out of court, in mediation...which I thought was going to be a huge waste of time. I was astonished at how cool, calm and determined he was to make sure I got a fair and substantial settlement. He helped me keep my expectations real, which helped me in so many other ways. They say, patience is a virtue, and in this case it paid off in Spades.
My case was settled in 6 months, start to finish.... and much less painfully (for me) than I ever expected. And now, it's over! YAY! I couldn't be happier and I am definitely recommending him to anyone needing an affordable, honest attorney.
Thank you, Randy... and EVERYONE at your office. You guys are the silver lining!
