Rob was great. He was able to fit us in on a Sunday and was on-time and very personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with a path towards getting it resolved. He also went above and beyond by showing me some easy, but overlooked washer and dryer maintenance that I could do on my own. I will definitely call Rob first the next time I have an appliance repair.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the experience I had with Appliance Emporium. I had been told by my home warranty company that my washing machine was not fixable and to get a new one. Rob fixed it for $211 on a Saturday. He showed up when he said he would and had it up and running within an hour or so. I would highly recommended them.

Robert was honest and very knowledgeable. He did not charge any more than absolutely necessary, so we will definitely call him for any future appliance repair needs. He impressed my father in law and that’s hard to do!
