Introduction: Being emotionally healthy affects everything we do.
It helps us to better manage stress, be physically healthier, have better relationships, improve parenting skills, better manage anger, help us realize our dreams and goals, improve our creative process, and be more productive. The focus of therapy is building stronger emotional health and better coping skills to produce a better quality of life.
