What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are specific to my clients. Everyone has different needs and I try to accommodate that in every session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know my customers and build relationships. That way you feel more comfortable in front of the camera and you have a photographer you trust. I usually do a quick 10 minute phone call to get to know you and learn about what's important to you. You also get a complimentary style guide to help you pick outfits for the session !
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start in weddings in 2007 to pay for college. Then it started doing landscape and selling stock photos (Getty images etc). Then the weddings I had done in 2007, 2008 etc started to have families and it's just grown from there !
