- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally we will not be the low bid on a job. Fortunately for us, most people aren't looking for the lowest bid, rather a fair price for exceptional work. The good news is we generally won't be your highest bid either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our potential customers in person to get a clear vision of their project so that we can give a fair and complete price. On interior jobs, we usually like to schedule to bring one of our crew leaders to accurately price the job since there are so many variables to account for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 yrs of experience working in the home improvement industry has taught me how to treat customers and stand behind my work in order to make sure that they have the kind of exceptional experience that they can't help but tell their friends about.
