- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our products and services very competitively. We are not always the cheapest, but we use the best products, installed by professional, experienced crews, and we strive to give our customers the best fence at a great value. We collect 50% of the project cost up front, and the remaining 50% upon completion and customer satisfaction. We also offer financing that can help spread out the cost of the fence over many months, so it's not a large out of pocket expense for our customers. We stand behind our work with a 3 year warranty on craftsmanship and we make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our work before we leave, and before we pay our crews. If you're not happy, we're not happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the project over the phone to get a brief idea of the fence needed, and to schedule a time to meet. We will then visit the property, walk the lot with the owner, and discuss the fence needed in greater detail and reach agreement on all items to be included. We provide a free estimate within 24 hours (usually same day unless custom items requested) and if we agree on the project scope, cost and timing, we collect 50% of the project payment, and will then start scheduling. At that time we contact 811 to mark any underground utility lines (usually takes 2-3 days for them to visit). Once they have completed the utility inspection we schedule our crew. Our crew comes out and walks the lot with the owner for sign off and then construction begins. Timing varies depending on the size and scope of the job, but most residential construction will be completed in 1-2 days. Upon completion, our crews will do a final cleanup and remove all materials, nails screws, scraps and perform a final quality check. Our project manager then meets with the property owner, walks the fence to ensure complete satisfaction. When the customer is 100% satisfied with the quality of their fence we ask them to sign off on a quality check sheet confirming that all is delivered as promised, and we collect final payment for the remaining 50%. We stand behind our work and provide a 3 year warranty on craftsmanship plus the manufacturers warranty on engineered materials.

8 years of working for a homebuilder, and hands on training building fences as well as manufacturers training on various products.
