It's a hands-off, full-service program where you just wait for the money to flow into your account each month! We market your property just like we were marketing it for sale, with professionally written text, pictures, and virtual tours for all properties. We have all the contractors needed to fix the point we could build your home for you. We take pride in the service we provide and are full-time 7 days a week Realtors/Property Managers. We really offer a huge benefit to owners. First of all, Tenants treat Property Managers differently than owners, because they know they can't get away with anything. There is also peace of mind knowing the tenants don't know who you are at all and your info is confidential. We don't represent tenants at all we ONLY represent owners... which makes a big difference.

Jeff helped manage my property in Parker for around 2.5 years and he was pretty good that when I decided to sell I chose him as my agent.     Our pricing is all-inclusive and can save you thousands. We don't charge ANY of these fees: -Tenant Placement Fees (most companies charge one extra month’s rent for this...each and every time you get a new tenant too) -Repair Fees (BTW if a management company doesn't send you the original invoice then they are marking up the services to you and you don't even know it) -Advertising Fees (we absorb) -Minimum Monthly Fees (even if the property is vacant…our philosophy is if you don’t get paid we don’t get paid) -Monthly Bank Fees (we absorb)
