- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee schedule is simple! I charge only $2500 to sell a home. The seller will then pay the buyer's agent their commission, but I literally save them THOUSANDS! If I am acting as a buyer's agent I am paid by the seller, no charge to the buyer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain my state regulated continuing education requirements, as well as attending many other informative classes and workshops. I feel that my education can be passed on to my clients through a successful closing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I transitioned from real estate appraising to real estate sales. I enjoy working with the public and wanted to make a difference in people's lives.
