Mark was outstanding. I had two leaking shower handles with very old plumbing, and a brand of stems that are hard to locate. He took time during the quote process to understand my specific needs and give a fair price. During the work, he kept me updated of what was needed, and kept the price low, even though more work needed done than we originally expected. I had a kitchen sink clog and called a few plumbing company's no one would give me a price over the phone and wanted me to wait a long time for the service call, then i called Pro-Power Rooter they gave me a price estimate and mark came to our home to take care of our clogged kitchen sink he came as scheduled early in the morning and worked through his lunch time until the drain was completely clean. He gave us good quality service and a very fair price. After comparing costs with other companies, we knew that Pro-Power Rooter was the lowest price out of all of them.
