I met Robert Lyons, the owner of Perimeter Fence Co. while he and his son began a large residential fencing project for my next-door neighbor. I was most interested in the long stretch of fence that my neighbor and I would share, and was delighted to see the intense attention to detail applied to determining exactly straight fence post angles, precise picket heights, and the necessary concrete work necessary to secure a fence on our steep slope, in this windy environment we have here in Colorado Springs.
This came in addition to noticing that Robert very wisely was using triple-rail framework for the pickets and top-quality hardware! And they dug those fence posts straight and deep! As a young man, I'd built ranch fencing myself in the caliche soil of Central Texas, and I quickly came to appreciate the planning and the execution of the work that I saw Robert and his son doing.
The other neighbor on the other side was so impressed after talking with Robert and examining the first run of fencing that he immediately contracted with Perimeter to completely re-do a short run of pickets and complete gateway for his own fence.
When the total project was completed, I made it a point to ask Robert to give me his advice for a separate repair I need to have made to a stretch of my own 40 year-old fence at the top of a hill, because after watching how he and his son built the fence I now share with my neighbor, Perimeter Fence Co. is surely going to be my choice for getting this repair made -- and made right!

Rob and his crew took their time and built me a high-quality personalized board by board fence. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen by another fence building company.
No pre-fabricated 8 foot sections in this fence. Every board hand placed measured and cut to fit the slope of my entire yard. With three rails in every fence section, fence posts sunk 3 foot into the ground, and ring shanked nails used throughout.
