Introduction: I am a mobile notary signing agent. I primarily do refinance loan packages or purchase documents on homes at the borrower's home or any location preferred. I also go to businesses or residences to notarize legal documents. I cannot legally provide any financial or legal advice. My primary service is to identify a person with a current, government-issued ID and witness them execute a document. The client provides the documents that need to be witnessed. After the execution of documents, I will drop the package at a courier, if a pre-paid envelope is provided.
