We hired Brandon from Benjamin Franklin plumbing address a leaky water heater in our home in Winter Park. When a different company told us we needed a brand new water heater (even though ours was only 3 years old), we decided to get another opinion. So we asked Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for their help. Brandon was punctual, responsive, communicative and precise. He told us exactly what the issue was, why it was happening, and how to resolve it - turns out, we did not need a new water heater. He saved us so much time and money. I would absolutely recommend hiring Benjamin Franklin experts for any plumbing need!

Once again, the Ben Franklin guys in Dillon saved the day for me. I have a sewage pump in my basement that was acting up. In less than a 2 minute phone call with me stumbling through how to describe the issue, he had the problem narrowed down to a couple things it could be. The service tech was prompt, knowledgeable and presented options to fix the issue that ranged in cost, with no sales pressure. A new switch and check valve were installed in hours and it’s been running tip top. These guys are super pro, quick workers, and easy to deal with. Thanks again!
