- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Thumbtack customers, we waive our dispatch fee to come to meet with you, once we arrive, we will review the work needed to be done and provide a comprehensive proposal with an accurate price for the work to be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a firm belief in working with the customer we are with. This means that when we arrive to meet with you, not only will we provide a comprehensive proposal and accurate price for the work but based on your approval of the items you elect to be completed, we strive to be prepared to complete the work on the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Royal Services Plumbing Heating & Air holds a plumbing and mechanical contractors license. We believe in staying informed of the new changes and policies in regard to plumbing heating & air. We understand that this is a given expectation that our customers expect
