- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a one set fee. And we are all inclusive which means appliances, and rooms are all included there are no add ons. You know exactly what you are paying and the price wont change for each cleaning if you are signed up for our membership program. The cleaning list is customized to your needs, and if you don’t want certain rooms cleaned or the refrigerator cleaned each time we will abide BUT there are no extra fee’s if you choose to have all rooms cleaned!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Know what the customers needs are 2. Offer our all inclusive one set fee and come up with a customized list to clean 3.Schedule day and time that works best for all of us 4. Provide the ultimate experience 5. Follow up with the customer the following day to provide feedback and address any other needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow OSHA and HIPPA regulations and train in continuing education for safe cleaning products
