Shawn was a life saver. My livelihood is connected to my laptop. I would not be able to make money if I didn't have it. Yesterday, I cracked the screen of my computer and wasn't able to see anything. I called a few people in my area and they all said it was going to cost $190 to $250 to fix with a 3-5 day turn around. I can't be away from my work for that long. This is a business laptop.
I found Shawn's site and decided to call and try him. He was $140 flat to fix. He had my computer fixed within 24 hours and went above and beyond by adding some virus protection programs for free. He was nice and quick with answering phone calls. He went out of his way with getting my speciality sized screen and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I will be returning to him for any of my computer needs.
