Great experience from start to finish. He responded quickly, was very professional, and did an excellent job replacing our faucet. His pricing was very fair, and the quality of his work was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I had a fantastic experience working with Gabriel from Jaguar Plumbing! After contacting 3 or 4 different plumbers for feedback on an issue I was having, Gabriel stood out immediately. He was prompt, responded quickly, and gave me his full attention from start to finish. His level of expertise is unmatched—he is exceptionally knowledgeable, a Master Plumber, and I was so impressed to learn he is certified in the Moen app. He was incredibly thorough with his estimate, completely transparent, and even included photos of the completed work right along with his invoice. What really gave me peace of mind was his 3-year labor warranty, which I haven't heard any other plumber offer. You truly get your money’s worth with his expertise. My interaction with him was completely consistent with his stellar reviews, and I’m so relieved to have finally found a plumber I can truly trust. I’m already having him back out on Monday for some preventive maintenance work. Highly recommend Gabriel. UPDATE: Exceptional Follow-up Service Just wanted to reiterate my appreciation for Gabriel. Making a courtesy return trip to patiently walk me through the Moen setup on my phone went above and beyond my expectations. Truly honest, top-notch customer service!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Jaguar Plumbing. From my first call, Gabriel was incredibly responsive and made the whole process easy. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and there were no surprises along the way. Gabriel installed a new kitchen faucet, and did an outstanding job. He arrived earlier than expected, was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. It was obvious he takes pride in his work, and he completed the installation efficiently while making sure everything was done right. Gabriel tested everything thoroughly before leaving, giving me confidence that the job was completed correctly. It's not often you find a company that's responsive, reasonably priced, timely, and truly professional from start to finish. Thanks to Gabriel (Jaguar Plumbing), I'll definitely be using them again and won't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
