- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. We are up front and ask you what your budget is and we build around that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are not a pick 1, 2 or 3 option caterer. We make every effort with new clients to give them exactly what they want. We start with customized catering questionnaire, set-up and meeting/tasting and make adjustments as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly in our food truck kitchen cooking up some new creations.....some good and not so good. We feel that on the job training and perseverance is the key to having unique and delicious foods.
