- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well below other professional rates -- can be negotiable. Usually, I charge $100 for a set of 4 services: resume, cover letter(s), online profiles (Indeed and LinkedIn).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call, Skype, or some other means of voice-to-voice communication is important. I want to ask questions, get the best information from a client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay on top of developments in the job hunting / recruiting field and regularly speak with Human Resources Personnel, Hiring Managers, Recruiters and Employment Agents -- to see what works and what doesn't, what they want, and what they don't.
