I’m a professional and I charge accordingly for my time and expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to get as much information as I can before our first meeting. I charge for my time producing, supplying, and driving. I like to keep things as simple as possible this way, both parties understanding the owner supplies the necessary materials and I supply my tools and time. I charge daily after I have completed expectations of owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 Associate Degrees, Building Trades Technology 2003, Marketing Management Sales 2009. 18 years building, repairing, designing, and estimating residential construction for 18 years.
