- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By using SKYPE exclusively, my rates remain lower than if travel is included. I bill in 10 minute time blocks at $3.50 per 10 minutes with a minimum of 20 minutes. Most sessions last 20-40 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial phone or text contact, we establish a 10 minute SKYPE meeting time for an initial introduction meeting. If agreed, we then schedule our first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science, Economics. Professional license with 30 hours of annual continuing education: Certified Financial Planner(tm).
