On-site visits are billed at a $150 service call, which covers travel, walkthrough, evaluation, and scope verification.
If the project moves forward, the $150 service call is fully credited toward the final invoice.
All estimates requiring an on-site review are prepared during a service visit.
We do not offer free walkthroughs.

Full Day – 8 Hours
Starting at $2,500 (typically 2–3 technicians)
Ideal for larger scopes, Airbnb and rental turnovers, multi-room work, mixed trades, or projects that benefit from uninterrupted, start-to-finish execution in a single day.
