Last week, I realized my furnace was working but it was not blowing hot air. I reached out to a dozen companies, and this company was the only one who had same day availability. They were very prompt at calling me back and scheduling service. I found out after scheduling that the gas lines were out in my area, and this was why my furnace was not working properly. I reached back out and had to cancel, but the company was very polite about it and helpful. I can't speak to the work quality but their responsiveness was 10/10!
