Rich did some sealant work on our roof as well as fixed a gap in our siding. He was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on schedule to all appointments and went above and beyond in all cases. He came back to do a 2nd estimate in order to help work with our budget and got the work done promptly, ahead of schedule and at a fair price. Rich was a pleasure to work with and a refreshing experience for anyone who has dealt with numerous contractors.
I had an exterior skylight leaking into the front porch of our house. After speaking with several contractors, Rich had a fair price and walked me through what his process was. He didn't try to sell me anything extra (1 contractor wanted to replace the whole fixture).
There was some weather moving in on the day Rich was scheduled to do the work. Regardless, he showed up and we discussed whether or not it was advisable to attempt with the threat of rain. We ended up rescheduling for later in the week.
Rich performed the work without any disturbance and was very professional. When Rich discovered some additional damage that needed to be repaired he showed me the extent of the damage an we negotiated a fair increase in cost.
Rich stopped back by to make sure everything was as expected and to touch up a little paint as well. His dedication to a job well done was as professional as I've seen.
The repairs completed did the job and Rich followed up on several occasions once we received some snow to insure that the work was holding.
Rich was a true professional and someone we could all use more of. Thanks for a great job!
