- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer package deals to decrease price per session. Pricing includes everything deemed necessary in a session so there are no "add ons".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial eval and treatment at first visit. Education about what is going on and the plan of care for moving forward. If you have not at the very least learned something in your first visit, I have failed us both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
