  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer a variety of social media management packages. They can be customizable depending on your needs. They range from 25 hours a month to 50+ hours a month. It is all about how much you want to grow on social media and the amount of exposure that you want. For clients with smaller marketing budgets, I offer an hour consultation class that will teach you how to level up your social media.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I often start with a discovery call to make sure that we are the right fit. I want to set up expectations and I will never agree to a job that I am not the right fit for. I want the best for all my clients! After the call, I will send you a contract for the package you have chosen and then the work begins!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelors degree in business management and leadership. This has significantly helped me with managing my own small business. I have done all the social media classes that you can think of. I found the trial and error is the best way to learn things--I have tried things on my personal social media accounts that have done extremely well, so every-time something works on my account, I apply them on my clients.
