Introduction: Interior Design: Interior design is about creating spaces that reflect the people that inhabit them and the purpose or function of the space. My strengths in problem solving and spacial arrangement equip me to help my clients get the most out of their spaces. Listening to and interpreting my client's desires into the design is the most important part of the project. All of my client's have good ideas but they often don't know how to take those elements and put together a design. That's where I work my magic! I take their good ideas and the things I've gathered about their personal style and weaver them into a great, cohesive design that best represents my client. I offer turn key service...bringing trusted contractors that I oversee from start to finish. My clients don't have to suffer through the pain of finding their own contractors (and hoping they are good) and then try to manage all the pieces and parts at the rack rates. Instead, they work directly with me and I manage the project and the schedule in a way that works best for them. Home Staging: Selling your home can be a stressful situation. I bring my interior design strengths and blend them with my understanding of the home sales market to present your home to the broadest section of buyers. Whether we use your current furnishings or if I supply your home with rentals, I understand exactly how much we need to present the house to market. I don't add unnecessary furnishings to your home. Instead I stage each room to reflect it's function and accentuate the architecture and features that are the selling points. Most of the homes I have staged in the past 2 years have gone under contract in 2 weeks. I love bringing order and beauty together to design spaces that are creative and highly functional. But more than that, I love helping people. My job is so fulfilling because I get to help people enjoy their homes and work spaces and get the most out of them.

Right before our baby boy was born, we hired Robin Pasley to redecorate and bring organization to our main living area, our dining room, our bedroom and our older daughter's room. She gave us a detailed outline on her Ipad of what she wanted to do incorporating what we had already regarding - furniture and artwork and such with new stuff. She set a budget and was under what she had outlined and we received several new pieces of furniture and art, plus homemade curtains and a few lamps. It was a two month project, and she finished on time and perfectly before our baby came. What really impressed me about Robin is her eye for detail and for bringing colors together. She organized my books in a way I never would have...by color of the binding and it is wonderful! The way she put art together in one room is brilliant!! She absolutely went above and beyond organizing people to help out with moving and painting, since I was pregnant, I left in the morning and came home at night and it was done and clean and beautiful AND ORGANIZED!!! I would definitely recommend her for any and all redecorating or organizing jobs...she is BRILLIANT!!! I honestly don't think anything could've been better. She was spot on in using our stuff in a better way, arranging and organizing are her giftings, and our house is beautiful and we love it!!!

I needed help in a big way. My 80 year old mom was downsizing from a 4 bedroom home to a one bedroom apartment. I'd packed everything up in Maryland, hoping and praying it would fit once it arrived in Colorado Springs. I knew if my mom and I tried to do the move-in, it would take weeks to get everything just so. I called Robin Pasley Designs, knowing that its owner had the ability to create not just beauty, but order. And, oh, my, did she deliver! She utilized a small crew to transform an empty apartment into a home that looked like it came off the pages of an architectural design magazine, and did it all within one day! When my mom walked in, it was like a reality home makeover TV show. She was alternately laughing and crying as she looked at her new home, filled with things she loved, placed thoughtfully in ways that made them seem brand new. Not only was the art on the walls, the knickknacks on the shelves, but the silverware was washed and in the drawer, the bed made with pillows fluffed. This was a dream come true not just for my mom, but me!

My husband and I had had a hard time selling our home, so when our Realtor mentioned using a Home Stager, I was definitely intrigued. After our consultation with Robin, and hearing her vision for our home, I was sold. She transformed every room of our home into warm, welcoming, yet functions spaces! Especially our schoolroom/office space. After seeing how she put that space together, I was wondering why I hadn't hired her 2 years ago to help put together our home for our own use! I was also glad we hired her in the middle of painting and switching carpet, because she gave invaluable input each step of the way that really transformed our home. We also took advantage of her rental items that really put the finishing touches throughout the home. When all was said and done, our home was only on the market 27 days before it went under contract. We were very pleased with Robin Pasley Designs, and would use her again in a heartbeat.

To: Robin Thank you so much for your help in selling our house. You did a beautiful job in staging; especially creating and defining a family room. That helped potential buyers to visualize how they might fit into the space. I am convinced that your “magic” sold the house, as that was the only change that took place prior to receiving not one but two offers. Thank you so much! Sylvia Moody
