- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My decade or more experience allows prices to be fair and on the money. Prices are accurate estimates and are subject to change plus or minus. If you would like a job done right and safe and done to last you will get what you pay for. If a job turns out longer than I expect I often give my customer a discount for the inconvenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself building a repor, letting them understand the services that I offer, moving forward at their pace.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of Professional carpentry training, Commercial and residential construction experience, safety training such as OSHA 30, CPR FIRST AID Certified. Journeyman certificate from the United Brotherhood Of Carpenters of America, North Atlantic Carpenters Training.
