Never met him, which is why this review is so easy...I live in a different state and needed work done on my house in CT. Awesome is all I can say. Cleaned out gutters and even fixed a small hole that he located in one of the gutters and fixed the slope and didn’t even ask or charge xtra. Very quick and prompt. Will be using him again

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact I will visit project and speak to customer about expectations. Once I develop an estimate I then meet with customer and make sure we agree to project details and price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Career firefighter so ladder work seems natural. Previous landlord experience and home improvement contractor
