Cesar is amazing, exactly what you would have hoped for in your “neighborhood handyman” versus the corporate garbage.

Not only is he great at his job but every time he comes by I always have something new for him to look at in addition to the job he was asked to do, no complaints and jumps right in trying to solve for me.

The biggest thing? He is honest, even if that means less money for himself. Always trouble shooting solutions that will expedite projects or decrease parts costs if not needed
